We take your privacy seriously. That’s why we store your data using trusted, certified cloud providers and ensure it’s protected with industry-leading security standards.

In which country is the data stored, and how is it protected?

We use a state-of-the-art cloud service for storing your data, which has passed the following security and privacy certifications: ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3. As a company, we are based in Europe, but we chose our data centers to be where most of our customers are located, which is in the USA.

important:

No data from the microphone (via the Sound level widget) or the camera (via the Webcam widget) is being stored on our servers. It is only recorded locally, in the browser that is used to create the display.

What happens to my data after my trial period or subscription has ended?

When a Pro trial expires, an account will automatically be downgraded to the Basic version. If your account has been downgraded to a Basic version, you will (temporarily) lose access to the data. Once you upgrade to a Pro plan, your screens and other data will be available again. In any case, the data will only be deleted 12 months after the termination of a trial period or subscription.

Delete your account

If you have a Basic account, you can delete your account on the Account page. If you have a Pro account, we can assist with deleting your account following cancellation of your subscription.
