Change or reset your password

You can change your password in the Account page of your Dashboard.
Have you forgotten your password?
If you don't recall your password, you can create a new one by going to the login page and pressing 'Forgot your password?'.
Otherwise, just click here to get to the reset password page directly!
Once at the 'Reset password' page, fill in your email address and click 'Send email'. You will then be provided, via email, with a link to change your password. The link we send will expire 60 minutes later.

Please check your spam folder if you have not received an email in your inbox. If you still cannot find the email, contact us directly, and we can help you!
You can also add a password to your account!
If you want to change your login method, from Google or Microsoft to the email/password access option, you can add a password to your account via the 'Forgot your password?' button on the log in page.
