Welcome to Classroomscreen! This guide will help you quickly get started with setting up and using Classroomscreen to enhance your classroom management and instruction.

You can combine all the widgets you need to set clear expectations, collect feedback, support your time management, and much more! Whether you're using an interactive whiteboard (IWB) or a projector, Classroomscreen is compatible with your classroom setup.
You can use Classroomscreen without signing up, but creating an account unlocks more helpful features. Signing up is easy: enter your email and password or sign in using Google or Microsoft.

In short answer - yes! We are committed to making our platform accessible by offering free access to all teachers. All our widgets are available for free so you can just open up the app and get teaching, with no ads, forever. With a free Basic account, you can save three different name lists too, and have unlimited access to our Library of ready-made screens.
However, we do have a Pro version which allows you to:
- Save your screens to cut down on prep time.
- Share your screens with other teachers and your students.
- Access to our Pro backgrounds and themes.
- Save up to 100 name lists.
This costs $36 a year and allows us to not only keep developing the app full-time but also provide the Basic plan for everyone! If this sounds appealing, make sure to give our free trial a go for 14 days - no credit card needed.

If you’re a Pro user, you can create workspaces to keep your screens organized by subject, grade, or theme. There's no limit to how many screens you can save.
In addition to screen management, you will also find all your name lists here. The ability to create and customize name lists is one of our most popular features as it saves you time every time you use a pre-made name list.
Screens are the foundation of Classroomscreen; your canvas for arranging widgets during lessons. Create a new screen from the dashboard or by pressing the arrow in the bottom-right corner of your current screen.
Collections are sequences of screens that you can flip through easily - a perfect setup for daily routines or multi-step lessons.
Pinned widgets stay visible across the collection, so your timer, instructions, or noise monitor can remain consistent as you cycle between screens. You can color-code decks or drag and drop screens to reorder them.
Want to share your work? You can do so directly from your Dashboard or within a screen.
- Click the three dots on a collection or screen
- Choose "Share collection"
- Customize link settings: include name lists, images, or allow copying
