Refund policy

If you have bought a Pro subscription and want to cancel your account within fourteen days of purchasing a license, you are entitled to a full refund.

If you purchased an individual Pro subscription and your school/district decides to purchase an Organization account and give you a license, you can request a (partial) refund.

important:

Before reaching out to us about the refund, please activate the license provided by your school (using the same email address that your Pro account is currently active with) to ensure a seamless transition.

  • You will receive a full refund if you purchased your account less than 14 days before your school/district added you to the account.
  • You will receive a prorated refund (remaining duration of your subscription) if you purchased your account more than 14 days before your school/district added you to the account.

Contact us to obtain the refund, and we will process it within 14 days of receiving your request.
