When you purchase a Classroomscreen Organization account or activate an Admin invitation provided to you by the Owner of the account, you'll notice an 'Organization dashboard' tab appear in your dashboard.
Get your account set up one step at a time using the directions just below!
To invite an Admin
Click on the purple 'Invite admin' link.
Enter the name and email address of the colleague you want to add.
Click the purple 'Send invitation' button to email the activation link.
Or, click the 'Cancel' button or the 'X' button to discontinue the action.
To delete an Admin
Click on the 'Trash' icon to the right of the 'Admin' title for the email address you want to disable permissions for.
Resend or reclaim an Admin invitation
Click on the 'Options' menu to the right of the 'Sent' or 'Delivered' indicator.
Click 'Resend invitation' to offer another activation link to the intended Admin.
Or click 'Reclaim invitation' to disable the activation link that was offered to an Admin.

It's important to keep in mind that:
Only an owner can appoint/manage Admins.
Admins can only appoint/manage Pro licenses (they cannot modify Admins, the account plan, or billing details).
note:
If the email address has the status of 'Admin', then the invitation has been received and activated. If you otherwise see a 'Sent' or 'Delivered' status next to the email address, this teacher has not activated their invitation and won't be able to manage licenses yet.
This list allows you to see which teachers, who received the invitations you sent, have activated their Pro licenses. If many teachers have joined your Organization, the search feature offers quick access to a user - just input a teacher's name. You can also sort this list by email address, license, or activity.
In this area, you can review how often teachers are utilizing their Pro license. One of four different indicators describes, in the 'Activity' column, how often they are accessing Classroomscreen.
tip:
If you want to take a Pro license away from a teacher, click on the 'Options' button and select 'Delete teacher from organization'. The account will then be downgraded to Basic access, and in turn, you'll gain that license back for redistribution. You can next go to the 'Invite teachers' tab and click the red 'Refresh link' button if it was an email you didn't recognize that occupied the license.
