How to modify your account
On this tab in the Organization dashboard, you can update your plan if you want to adjust the number of Pro licenses in your subscription.
important:
Updates are only permitted by the Owner of an account.
Your plan
In some cases, you can update your plan independently. Just click the 'Manage plan' button to open our secure payment portal and make changes right away.
note:
When you increase or decrease the number of licenses in your account, changes are automatically applied and prorated.
If you otherwise see an 'Add Pro licenses' button, click it to notify us that you'd like help modifying your plan and our team will assist you directly. If you cancel your plan, your subscription will stop at the end of its term.
Billing information
The information present in this section will be used on your next invoice. You can adjust all the invoice details so that we ensure the document you receive has up-to-date information.
tip:
If your account is up for renewal and you need a new quote, click on the white 'Request a quote' button.
