Manage teacher licenses

Once you've set up your Organization account, it's time to invite teachers to your plan! Here's how you can invite teachers, see pending invites, and more.
On the 'Invite teachers' page of the Organization dashboard, you can choose from a variety of ways to send invitations to the teachers you want to access your Organization account.
Depending on whether you are using the account for the first time or just adding one new teacher, you may prefer one option over another for distribution.

For quick and easy onboarding, share a direct link with many.
- Click on the purple 'Copy link' button and share it with multiple teachers so they can all obtain access to your Organization licenses simultaneously.
- Use the red 'Refresh link' button in case you want to disable access to the link you previously emailed - this action will not disable any Pro licenses already activated.
You can also use our sign-up poster template in your staff room. Either add your name or a QR code with a direct sign up link to let teachers know how to access their Classroomscreen Pro account.
All teachers listed here have received a personal invitation by email, but they have not joined your organization yet.
Here, you'll be able to see the teacher's name, email address, and the date that the Pro invitation was sent on.
note:
If a teacher is on this list, the Pro license has only been 'Sent' or 'Delivered'; they won't have access to Pro features yet.
If you have sent many invitations, the search feature offers quick access to a user - just input a teacher's name. You can also sort this list by email address, sent date, or status.
- Click on the 'Options' button next to the status indicator and select 'Resend invitation' to nudge a teacher to activate the license.
- Click on the 'Options' button and select 'Reclaim invitation' if you have changed your mind and wish to retract your invitation.
tip:
As soon as the teacher activates their Pro license, they will leave this area and then appear in the list under 'Your organization' via the 'Home' tab.
