Verify or change your email

If you sign up with Classroomscreen using an email address and password, you must verify your account. We will send you an email with instructions to verify your address so as to ensure it is yours. Please check your spam box if you have not received an email.

It is possible that the email we send is blocked by the spam filters or your firewall. In that case, please contact us so that we can manually verify your account.

How can I change my email address?

You can change your email address on the Account page of the Dashboard.

If you change your email address with a Basic account, you will be logged out and lose your current screen as a result.

important:

Ensure that no previous Classroomscreen account has been created using this new email address - if there is one, please delete it.

You will not be able to proceed unless the address you wish to change to is no longer associated with a Classroomscreen account (this action will delete all screens/data).

Can't access your old email address?

If you have moved schools or districts, or simply can not access your email anymore, please reach out to our customer support team through our contact page. We will need to confirm your account using either the last four digits of your credit card or a screenshot of the payment (including the purchase amount and date) from your bank account.
