Change or cancel your subscription

You can access your plan details through your Dashboard by clicking on the Subscription button in the top right-hand corner of the screen (near the notification bell).

Will my subscription be renewed automatically?

By default, when a subscription is purchased, there will be an automatic renewal one year later (every 12 months) on the date of payment. You can cancel this at any time using the steps outlined below.

note:

You will be notified 7 days before the renewal date so that you can still cancel or renew in time.

Cancel subscription or modify plan

Once on the 'Subscription' page, you can modify your plan.

  1. Choose 'Manage subscriptions & payments' to be redirected to the Stripe page.
  2. Select the option to cancel your subscription (to terminate your license at the end of your subscription period).

What billing information can I change?

Some details, as listed, can be changed here depending on the purchase type:

  • Cancel or renew your subscription
  • Add, delete, and switch the default payment method
  • Update your billing email and physical address
  • Obtain a copy of your invoice and receipt
