How it works
This template offers an easy and intuitive way to visualize, organize, and personalize classroom seating.

Screen 1: Paired rows
Assign partners using the Group maker or Randomizer widgets. Students are placed in tables of 2 with visual stickers indicating the teacher desk, screen, and rug area. Perfect for testing, reading, or pair activities.
Screen 2: Table groups
Arrange students in groups of 4 using 7 premade table areas. The Group Maker widget automatically assigns students to each table. Great for cooperative learning and project work.
Screen 3: Flexible seating
Use the pre-colored student name labels to drag and drop students to flexible seating zones like couches, standing desks, or floor stations. Easily reconfigure seating on the fly.
Screen 4: Create your own
Use categorized Seating Plan stickers to build a completely custom classroom layout. Add student names after you've set your preferred room design. Ideal for teachers with unique classroom setups or mobile furniture.
