About this template

Use this template to kick off your school year, welcome new students, or simply inject some fun into your regular routine. It’s a great way to build trust, foster friendships, and create a positive classroom culture.

This engaging and interactive template is designed to help students get to know each other in a fun and lighthearted way, making it perfect for the start of the school year or any time you want to build a sense of community in your classroom.

How It Works:

  • Step 1: Each student thinks of three statements about themselves – two that are true and one that is a lie.
  • Step 2: Use the Randomizer widget to select a student to either enter their statements into the Poll widget themselves or through you.
  • Step 3: The class takes turns guessing which statement is the lie. After guesses are made, the student reveals which statement was the lie. Repeat with the next student!
