About this template

This template is designed to be used either as a brain break or as a transition between classes. It can be integrated into the daily schedule to promote mindfulness and physical activity.

How it works

The template includes eight different yoga poses that children can perform either as a sequence or as standalone movements. Each pose is simple and suitable for young students.

You can guide students through these poses as a complete sequence or select individual poses based on the needs of the moment.
